Marshall Municipal Utilities Announces Employees of the Quarter

November 14, 2024:  Marshall – Marshall Municipal Utilities has announced Danny Lair, Randy Southard, Aaron Boston, and Mikle Mullins as their “Employees of the Quarter” for the quarter September 30, 2024. 

In nominating the group, Electric Production Director Jarad Muller highlighted their efforts during a recent fabrication project.

“Danny, Randy, Aaron, and Mikle have worked to fabricate a new exhaust plenum for unit 6.”  Muller continued, “These guys worked many hours figuring out how to make the project come together. The exhaust turned out great and they completed it safely.”

In conclusion, Muller said, “The group gets called on by many other departments to help with fabrication projects from time to time. They are a big asset to MMU.”

Lair, Southard, Boston, and Mullins each hold a Systems Maintenance Mechanic position in Electric Production. Lair joined MMU in May 1995, Southard joined in June 2022 and Mullins joined in August 2023. Boston joined MMU as a Meter Reader in May 2015 and transferred one year later to Wastewater Treatment before joining the Electric Production Department in September 2023.
