"Providing Hometown Reliability"
Updated 9/20/23
The conduit contractor is finished with Contract 2201 except a spot that will wait until harvest and a couple of creek crossings. He is about 8 miles into Contract 2202. MMU crews have finished all the backbone constuction for Grant 1. We have finished fiber for the parts of Kittyhawk and 165th road that we are doing this year in Grant 2. You can come into office and sign up for Grant 2 - South of Marshall or any part of Grant 1 area any time. We are caught up on the backlog of highway bores from the equipment issue and have resumed blowing in fiber in the Mt Olive area.

NOTE: The maps in the table below show planned areas in Grant 2. However, the contracts for conduit do not necessarily match the entire area for any given year. For example, the Kittyhawk map shows the entire Kittyhawk to Quarry area, but only blue the lines on the map are planned for 2023. The completion percentages in the table only reflect the part of the areas that are planned this year. There may be some additional conduit installed by MMU personnel which could increase what gets done this year. Bold lines on maps are the areas of construction.
