"Providing Hometown Reliability"
The conduit contractor has started in the King area. The YY area will wait until crops come out. We will probably run out of conduit before we finish King, but the next delivery shouldn't be too far out. Conduit should be finished around the end of October. MMU crews are about 6 months behind the conduit installation. We have been splicing in the 65 North areas and we blew in 20,000 feet of fiber in the 240th area. We should be finished north of town in the next couple weeks and move to the south side. Install crews are doing between 3 and 6 buried installs per week, along with the normal in town aerial installs. We are nearly caught up on the waiting list in areas that are complete, but there's still a bunch on the list for areas that aren't ready yet.

Bids have been sent out for the first 85 miles of conduit for Grant 2. If all goes well, we hope to be putting in conduit around the end of October.
