"Providing Hometown Reliability"
This is a sample of a typical bill. Find out more about each red numbered section by moving your mouse over it and clicking, or page down to the explanations below. Compare your bill with this sample for a better understanding.
The top portion should be returned with your payment. If you are making your payment at our office, please bring the entire bill.
1 These are your customer and service account numbers. They help us keep track of who you are and where you live.
2 This is your account balance information. If there is a previous balance, an additional reminder message will appear. The current charges are added to any previous balance to get the Account Balance. This is what is currently owed.
3 This is the delinquent date and late payment information. If you have signed up for level pay, your payment will be based on that agreement and will probably not match the Account Balance shown. If your payment is automatically withdrawn from the bank, that will display here.
4 In this area, your bill will show your average daily cost and usage of electricity and water for this month, last month, and one year ago.
5 This section contains a listing of all billed services for your account.
6 This section is basically the same as the account balance and payment information in sections 2 and 3 above. It is repeated here so you will have something to keep for your records.
7 The amount and date of your previous payment is shown here.
